No Refunds or Exchanges offered. You buy it, you keep it. Once the item is shipped, it’s yours. If the item is lost or stolen by porch pirates, you should have moved into a better neighborhood. Or a worse one maybe. Either way, the product is yours once you receive the shipping tracking information. If that offends your sensibility, then order items for local pick up. If you don’t live in the area, then all I can say is that great rewards sometimes require a little risk. This store is like a garage sale online. Set your expectations as such.
